Donna Ball

Donna is a lifelong resident of Severna Park and loves to call this her hometown. While she took a brief hiatus from Severna Park to attend college and start her career, she quickly returned once she started a family. Her love for water, a sense of community, and a small town feel drew her back to raise her family in Severna Park.

Donna developed her work ethic at a young age, helping out at her family yacht brokerage and marina while attending school and also playing team sports. She went on to attend Loyola University in Baltimore on a volleyball scholarship where she earned a degree in Marketing. Then, she spent the next 10 years in Ellicott City working as a business development executive in Baltimore City. Once she moved back to Severna Park, her interest in real estate flourished as she began with interior design which then sparked her interest to help people make their next move. Donna loves combining her real estate career with her affection for interior design, whether it's staging your home to sell or helping you see the potential in the next fixer upper!

Donna’s passion for creative marketing, her personal interest in interior design, and her background in business allow her, as a REALTOR®, to help buyers and sellers envision the potential in their real estate transaction.
