Erika Mahon

As a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, Erika has extensive knowledge & love for the area & the amazing way of life that it has to offer! After graduating from Severna Park High School, Erika went on to play lacrosse at The Pennsylvania State University and received a dual B.A. in Communications & Labor & Employment Relations. Erika has a great ability to listen and support people and was immediately drawn to real estate because of the blend of amazing people and interesting properties. That passion was further reinforced while spending some time in Charlotte, NC as the area exploded with growth and the city transformed to a hub of energy and excitement. As soon as she returned to the Annapolis area, she started mentoring with Diane & Crew while working to get her license.  

In addition to her career in real estate, Erika runs a private lacrosse training business where she develops the skills and confidence of student athletes of all ages.  Each client receives personalized advice, training & workout plans because every player has different needs. These are all concepts that convey directly to Real Estate since every client and home is unique. Erika is a partner to each of her clients and is here to do whatever it takes to help them feel confident throughout the entire process!

When Erika isn't busy helping clients achieve their dreams, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband, daughter and son on the boat, at the beach, or anywhere near the water! She also loves spending time with her family at any of her sibling's sporting events!
