Tracy Aguiar
Tracy grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and still calls it home. She attended Queen Anne's County High School and went on to play collegiate lacrosse at Old Dominion University in Norfolk. Virginia. Tracy received a degree in Communications with a minor in Criminal Justice. Following college, Tracy moved to Arnold (with her now husband and high school sweetheart) and enjoyed everything the area had to offer. Not long after they were married, they moved back to the Eastern Shore to raise their family. It sounds crazy, but there is an instant wave of calmness and ease once you drive over the Bay Bridge onto the Eastern Shore and it's something they truly love about living their in addition to being so close to the water!
Tracy's background is in pharmaceutical marketing and she's spent many years in the marketing agency world. Tracy has been able to use her marketing and client relations experience to transition into real estate as they truly go hand in hand throughout the home selling and buying process. It's so special being able to experience and be a part of such a huge life moment for client's when they decide to buy or sell a home, an opportunity she doesn't take for granted.
When she's not busy with real estate, she loves spending time with her family. Their kids keep them busy with school, sports, and all the activities. When she's not running everyone around, she loves being at the beach or really anywhere on the water, Peloton workouts, spending time with family & friends, a cold glass of champs and watching Bravo!
